Our track sawing service uses wall-mounted and track-mounted diamond saws to create precise vertical, horizontal, and angled cuts. Ideal for forming large openings in walls and deep cuts in floors.
Track sawing, also known as wall sawing, uses a diamond blade mounted on a track system that is fixed to the surface being cut. This allows for extremely precise cuts in vertical, horizontal, or angled orientations. The track system ensures straight, accurate cuts even over long distances, making it the preferred method for creating large openings in walls. Our track saws can cut to depths of over 700mm and can accommodate blades up to 1600mm in diameter. The system is powered by high-frequency electric or hydraulic power packs, providing clean, efficient cutting with excellent dust and water management.
